How can I contact you if I don't get an email response?
We always aim to respond to your email enquiry within 24 hours. If you don't hear back
from us, please check your spam folder or whitelist our email address and try again.
Do you sell EU version of products?
We sell international version of products that are compatible with EU standards, and we
provide a generic adapter that works in EU outlets.
Can I collect the product in person if I live nearby?
We apologize, but we do not offer a pick-up service at the moment. Your order will be
shipped by ChronoPost instead.
Please allow 6-8 business days for delivery (excluding processing time).
How can I confirm my order status?
You can easily check your order status on our website or by email. Here's how:
• After you place an order, you will see a confirmation page with your Order ID.
• You will also receive a confirmation email to your registered email address.
• You can log in to “My Account” and view your recent order history.
If you don't see your order details or confirmation email within 1 working day, please
contact our Customer Service Support (ee68eu@gmail.com) as soon as
possible. Do not place another order before contacting us.
How can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
If you need to change your delivery address, please email us as soon as possible with
the following information:
• Your Order ID
• The new address
• The reason for the change
We will try to notify the courier of the change, but we cannot guarantee that it will be
done. For security reasons, we cannot modify your address ourselves.
What is the process for cancelling my orders?
If you want to cancel your order, please email our customer service at
(ee68eu@gmail.com) as soon as possible. We will try to stop the shipment, but we
cannot guarantee that it will be done. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for
more details.
How long does it take to deliver my products?
Our standard delivery time is 6-8 working days (excluding processing time). If you need
your products sooner, you can choose our rush order option for an extra fee of €20. This
will reduce the delivery time to 5-6 working days (excluding processing time). Please
note that rush orders are subject to availability and stock.
Why do you sell products from overseas?
We are a local team with a global vision. We source products from around the world to
bring you the best deals and the latest products. We sell mostly international version of
products that are compatible with EU standards, and we provide a generic adapter that
works in EU outlets. If you want to know which version we sell, you can contact our
customer service before you place an order.
How can I track my order?
We provide clear information on how to track your order. You will receive a confirmation
email with a tracking code after you place your order. You can use this code to check the
status and location of your order on our tracking page.
How do you deal with false or malicious accusations online?
We value honest feedback from our customers. However, we will not tolerate false or
malicious accusations on the Internet. We reserve the right to take legal action against
anyone who spreads lies or defames our reputation.
